Privacy Policy

How the RR13 corporate website may handle visitor information, pending verification.

Provisional document under legal review.

This interim policy is under legal and operational review. RR13 is verifying its legal entity, applicable jurisdictions, data practices, service providers and privacy contacts. Details will be updated when confirmed.

Effective date: To be confirmed | Legal entity: To be verified

Scope and responsibilities

This draft describes information that may be processed through the RR13 corporate website. The identity of the responsible legal entity and any relevant group relationships must be confirmed before publication. The scope of this website notice should be distinguished from separate notices for individual RR13 products, apps, or services.

Information collected

Depending on the final website configuration, visitors may choose to submit a name, email address, company name, inquiry category, subject, product/service name, or message through inquiry, support, or account/data-request forms.

Website infrastructure may also generate technical data such as browser details, IP addresses, device information, page requests, error logs, and timestamps. RR13 must verify which of these fields Wix and any activated tools actually receive or store.

Purposes and legal bases

Potential purposes include responding to correspondence, handling support or privacy requests, maintaining website security and availability, measuring performance where analytics is enabled, and meeting applicable legal obligations. The relevant legal basis for each purpose (such as legitimate interests, consent, contractual necessity, or compliance with law) must be documented for the applicable jurisdictions.

This draft does not state that any particular analytics service, email marketing integration, or behavioral tracking tool is active.

Hosting and service providers

The website is intended to be hosted using Wix. Depending on the services actually enabled, Wix may process technical information and form submissions as a service provider or under another role described in its documentation. RR13 should verify the current Wix product, regional storage and transfer arrangements, data processing terms, and any other processors such as email providers, analytics platforms, customer-support tools, or security services.

RR13 should publish a verified provider list or appropriate categories of providers if required by applicable law.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies and similar technologies may be used for website operation, security, preference storage, and — only if enabled — site analytics or marketing. The exact cookies, purposes, retention periods, and consent choices must be verified through the final Wix configuration and a cookie audit.

Read the draft Cookie Policy for the proposed disclosure structure.

Retention and deletion

RR13 must set and document retention schedules for corporate inquiries, support tickets, security logs, and account/data requests. Actual periods may differ by data category, operational necessity, and legal obligation. No particular retention period is claimed in this draft.

When retention is no longer necessary, data should be deleted or de-identified as appropriate, subject to verified exceptions.

Information security

RR13 should verify the administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards that actually apply to website data, including access control, encryption arrangements, provider security, incident handling, and staff access.

No system is guaranteed completely secure. Specific technical assurances must be validated before being included in a published notice.

Your choices and data rights

Depending on where a visitor lives and the law that applies, they may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain copies of their personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing depends on it. The exact rights, exceptions, appeals, and response periods must be checked by the legal team.

A proposed request process appears at Account & Data Deletion. Identity verification and secure routing need to be implemented before that process becomes operational.

Children and external sites

Whether the corporate website is directed to children, and whether any age-based restrictions are required, must be established from the actual service design and jurisdiction. External links may lead to sites that operate under separate privacy notices.

Changes to this notice

Once approved, this notice should carry an accurate effective date and should be reviewed whenever the site adds new collection practices, vendors, or legal requirements.

Privacy contact

Privacy contact: [VERIFIED BUSINESS EMAIL / PRIVACY CONTACT TO BE ADDED].

Responsible RR13 legal entity: [REGISTERED ENTITY AND RELEVANT ADDRESS TO BE VERIFIED].

Until these details are verified and the data request form is operational, this draft must remain unpublished.
